In a suit by the Administrator of the Office of Price Administration, the District Court enjoined appellant from further violating the maximum price regulation on retail prices of farm equipment, promulgated under the Emergency Price Control Act of 1942, as amended, and also entered a judgment in favor of the Administrator for treble the amount of the overcharges made by appellant in the sales of two used combines.
